Christopher Pond, CEO and Co-Founder
 Chris Pond, a 15-year veteran of the networking industry, founded Network Insight in 1998 after identifying a need for infrastructure engineering and managed services expertise on high-availability IP networks. Through his unique combination of visionary and technical skills, Pond has transformed Network Insight into an industry leader in IP networks including playing an integral role in developing nationwide Service Provider Partner Programs with leading vendors. Pond has successfully guided the organization to become a recognized “fast growth” company through rapid year-over-year expansion and profitability. Pond serves on several boards and committees including: San Diego Chamber of Commerce, University of San Diego Board and San Diego Technology Council. Pond received his Bachelors from the University of San Diego School of Business.
Matthew M. Stoyka, Vice President of Operations
 Matthew Stoyka brings over 12 years of experience to Network Insight. As VP of Operations, Stoyka is responsible for Network Insight’s service delivery including the development and management of Network Insight’s Network Operation Center that provides 24x7 support and meets service level objectives of 99.995% network availability. Stoyka is a proven technologist with experience developing, designing and managing operations management systems. Prior to Network Insight, Stoyka held positions as program and project management lead on multi-million dollar, international projects for global corporations such as AMD, Valiant International, Inc. and Valiant Machine and Tool. Stoyka received his Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University, formally General Motors Institute (GMI) and his International Master of Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
Chris Thompson, Controller
 Chris Thompson adds 25 years accounting and financial experience including 12 years in the high-tech industry. As Controller, Thompson manages all financial and management activity including tracking funds, auditing and monitoring cash flow. He has extensive knowledge in the design of accounting systems and procedures within organizations to achieve greater efficiency and productivity. Prior to Network Insight, Thompson was CEO for Airsource Communications, a $3M wireless communications company; and owner of Thompson Consulting, which specialized in business consulting practices. He is a CMA and holds a Bachelors in Accounting from Long Beach State University.
