Consulting services
Network Insight leads the nation in experience and training on Cisco’s Service Control
Engine (SCE). Engineers utilize this expertise to provide consulting services that help service providers implement and custom-configure traffic management technology in as little time as possible. Service control consulting services are offered
in three phases:
Design-in
- Layer 2 and Layer 3 design to place service control technology in the network.
- Layer 7 design based on exactly how and/or what applications and services will be monitored.
Implementation
- Installation into the network fabric
- Configuration- either as an active control device or as a monitoring device.
- Active control- writing and installing policy to allow service control and prioritization
- Implementation- database, collection manager, subscriber manager, any required LEGs (Logon Event Generators)
- Custom report development
Troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting of new or previously existing installations to ensure proper configuration and functionality.
