Professional Services Delivery Methodology

1. Establish Network Requirements Based on Business Goals
   First we understand your business goals: desired future service offerings, number of subscribers, bandwidth needs, target ARPU, regulatory considerations such as CALEA and financial considerations. Then we translate your goals into network requirements.
2. Assessment of Current Situation
   Results from careful analysis of your current situation are compared to the business requirements from step one. The assessment will paint a picture of how much work is required to fill the delta.

3. Network or Process Design
   Design a network or a new process that can perform to the expectations and demands identified in step one. This step concludes with your customized roadmap for delivering IP services on your network.
4. Proof of Concept/ Testing
   An alpha network or process is built according to specs from step four and tested in a lab or controlled environment.
5. Deployment/ Migration
   Phased roll out or migration of new network or processes. Phases identify potential issues before they become a problem.
   
   Pilot Phase I - This is a deployment of the solution to a subset of the user base. In migration situations, the pilot phases are compatible with legacy portions of the network
   
   Pilot Phase II - Deployment to a larger subset
   
   Full Deployment - Deployment to entire user base
