Real-time Reports

Report types include:

Health Reports
Information for capacity planning, fault detection and service level documentation for applications, systems and networks. Health Reports leverage historical data collected from network devices. Analyze trends, calculate averages and evaluate the health of your IT environment. With this insight, we help you determine how efficiently your applications and systems are running, whether critical resources are available, and what capacity planning initiatives make sense.

Business Unit Reports
Summary of all devices, regardless of type, in your business unit. Business units usually have different types of elements such as routers, systems, interfaces and remote access devices.

At-a-Glance Reports
Performance indicators for a specific LAN or WAN element during the report period. At-a-Glance reports display charts showing such indicators as bandwidth, volume in bytes and type-specific errors for each element on the same page making correlation easier.

Trend Reports
Shows the value of one or more variables over a specified report period. Observe how the variable values changed over time and determine when changes in behavior might have occurred.

Top N Reports
A powerful tool for identifying problem elements. This report is flexible and can be tailored to search for elements that meet certain criteria:

For example:

  • Fifty LAN/WAN elements that have a bandwidth utilization above 40%
  • All system partitions that have less than 20% utilization
  • The 15 routers that have an average line utilization above 90%, incoming discards greater than 100 frames per second, and outgoing discards greater than 150 frames per second
  • All elements in the group Boston-to-New York

IT Manager Reports
Summarizes the service levels by specific groups in a group list. This report also provides specified details on individual elements in your groups.

Service Customer Report
A site-specific summary of performance. Provides a one page summary of performance metrics such as volatility of volume, health and bandwidth utilization.
